How to order? Step by Step Instruction

1. Register an account with DigitBus by clicking Register. (Details with * are mandatory.)

2. Log on to our system to start shopping. Be sure to enable your browser cookies to enjoy the comfortable shopping experience.

3. You can use Site Search to locate your desired products at the top of the page.

4. Find the products you like and click on "Add to cart" . Products in the shopping cart can be modified freely, including quantity change and product delete before paying.

5. Click on "Estimate shipping cost" to find the estimated charge of shipping.

6. There are 4 steps in CHECKOUT windows. Your contact and billing information are automatically filled in for you. Please make a change by clicking on "Edit" upon your request.

7. Choose the Shipping Courier and Payment method. Please check carefully on the information you have entered and then click on "Place an order".

8. This will lead you to Paypal website for the payment completion.Enter your Paypal information to complete the transaction. If you don't have an Paypal Account, you can also use your credits through Paypal.

9. Please go through all the steps in Paypal until you receive a final confirmation email to ensure the success of the transaction.

10. We will begin to process your orders when the payment is received ASAP. You will receive a notice email when we start working on your order and can expect another email with your product tracking number once we ship out your orders.

11. The total processing time will take approximately 5 to 20 days depending on your orders quantities and your mailing locations.

Payment Methods We Accept

We accept Paypal and Credit Cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover). However; to efficiently protect your credit card information and reduce the online shopping threat, all the credit card transactions MUST be processed through Paypal.

*Note: We do not accept other payment methods now. We will inform you at the first place if we have more payment options available in the future.

*Important: All the payments have to be fully paid in advance before we start to process your order. You will be informed when we start to work on your orders and will be given a tracking number by email when we ship out your orders.

How to Pay by Paypal?

When you finish shopping, click on " Place order" on the last stage, at where, cart shopping system will direct you to Paypal for the secure payment transaction. If you already have a Paypal account, please log in and make a payment. If you don't have an account and don't like to sign up a Paypal account, you can also pay by credit card via Paypal.

Delivery Methods

We Deliver via DHL, FedEx, UPS, EMS (China courier). The system will automatically calculate shipping rates depending on the product weights for each courier. You are free to choose your favored courier at step 3 of checkout. Almost all items are dispatched from China Hong Kong.

Transaction and Delivery Time

We have estimated the total transaction time, but the actual time will depend on how large your order quantity is, what kind of shipping method you choose and how far your location is apart from China. * Days are in working days. Almost all items are dispatched from China Hong Kong.

Order Tracking

We will send you an email with a tracking number, once your order has been shipped. Please enter this tracking number to the relevant courier site. Click the following link to reach courier sites.

Custom Taxes

Although DigitBus is Canadian company but we work closely with Geeph Technology Ltd., a China based company. In addition, almost all our items are dispatched from China. Hence, everything you buy from DigitBus is considered being an “import” to your country. As a result, you may be charged customs taxes and duties. Please note that our prices do not include these costs and you are responsible to pay these taxes, duties or other sale taxes if any. Policies regarding importing are different for different countries; please research before ordering.

* Note: DigitBus does not add any sales tax or hidden costs. All you need to pay to DigitBus is product total + shipping cost. In the case of customs taxes, your final cost at your destination might be DigitBus total (product total + shipping cost) + customs taxes.

Warranty Period

DigitBus offers a 12-month warranty policy for all our products. Defected items may be returned within 12-month time. DigitBus’s 12 month warranty initials when the customer first receives the product, and in the case of resells, when the first customer receives the product.

How to return a defective good for warranty or a faulty good for exchange?

1.You need to have an RMA number issued prior to sending in either defective goods for warranty or faulty goods for exchange or refund. You can send us an email to request a RMA number (Return merchandise authorization number). If your product (on rare occasions) is faulty, please send an email within 7 days of receiving your goods to request a RMA. We will not accept return after 7 days for faulty goods.

2.After your first email, you will receive an email with RMA number and RMA form. Please complete the form with your reason for return and all other requested information and return the form via email.

3.Please submit your product packed in original condition including packaging, accessories, documentations, and manuals.

4.Please mark your RMA number on the package to return to our warehouse location.

5.We will inform you via email at the beginning of our repair or when we decide to replace your orders.

Note that the process will take a period of fifteen to thirty days.

Under what situations DigitBus will not accept returns?

The RMA Returns is to be packed in original condition including packaging, documentation, manuals, and accessories. Returns that do not include all the accessories may be returned to the customer or charged on a per item basis. Any product found to be damaged through misuse, abuse or negligence is not eligible for warranty replacement.

Returns will NOT be accepted if customer simply refuses to pay the taxes and customs charges of their country.

If the item returned is found not to be faulty, DigitBus will not be responsible for the item’s shipping fee.

Payment for shipping in case of return

In the case of a faulty product, the customer will need to pay for initial shipping when shipping the product back to DigitBus (China warehouse) . This part of the payment is refundable from DigitBus if the error made for faulty product resides with DigitBus. The shipping of the goods back to the customer in case of a return will be paid by DigitBus, along with all customs and taxes associated with shipping to the customer.

DigitBus will return the customer’s return shipping cost and offer a refund for the product on such conditions:

*If in rare occasions we ship the wrong item
*When goods sent are faulty capacity wise or format wise.

Note that a valid shipping receipt is required for the refund of customer’s return shipping cost, and DigitBus is not responsible for goods that are not defective when manufactured, and goods that are damaged by the customer upon receiving.

Customers are responsible for knowing their local standards in the location in which they live to ensure compatibility.
